According to Football Kenya Federation, Stars will travel to Doha to take on the Qataris on September 7, before facing South Sudan in Nairobi five days later.
Stars has been drawn in Group F of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against Seychelles, Burundi, Gambia, Gabon, and Côte d’Ivoire. The first round of matches is set to be played between 13th November and 21st November.
At the same time, the Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) Qualifiers are scheduled to commence on 22nd-24th September and 6th-8th October.
The two friendly matches will help head coach Engin Firat continue building up his team as Kenya looks to play its first competitive international match since November 2021.
Earlier this a year, Stars participated in a four-nation tournament in Mauritius where they faced the hosts as well as Pakistan.
