Mama Sarah Samoei, President William Ruto's mother, took an excursion to the Nairobi National Park on Saturday.
Hosted by the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) Director General Erustus Kanga, Mama Sarah was seen enjoying a game drive in the company of family members and KWS officers.
KWS took to Twitter stating that "Mama Sarah was thrilled to spot and snap a variety of wildlife" in the park
"She applauded the state of the roads in the park and noted how easy and affordable it is to access the national park," wrote KWS.
KWS added that Mama Sarah encouraged the KWS staff to remain committed to protecting and conserving wildlife for the current and future generations.
