Azimio leader Raila Odinga has laughed off reports that the Directorate of Criminal Investigations will probe his dossier on electoral fraud.
The ODM boss said Mohamed Amin cannot investigate such a matter because he is President William Ruto's "employee".
The DCI boss had written to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission over an alleged dossier by a whistle blower detailing how Raila was cheated of victory.
Raila rubbished Amin's move saying it is useless.
"DCI has said he wants to investigate, I want to tell Amin that you are Ruto's employee, you can not do any investigation," Raila said.
He spoke on Sunday during a church service at Jesus Teaching Ministry ahead of his Jakaranda rally.
Raila said the opposition will push to have the IEBC servers opened to audit the election results.
"We want the truth to be known, we want the servers opened," Raila said.
The opposition leader maintained that that Azimio is not pushing the country to the edge with their claims, but warned they should also not be intimidated.
"We are talking in peace, we don't want a fight, but we don't want threats. Kenyans want justice that was stolen from them,' he said.
Raila said if servers are opened, they will confirm that the figures by the alleged IEBC whistle blower are correct and that he won the election.
"We want you(Ruto) to accept that you were defeated, come out of State House, so that Baba occupy it," Raila said.
