Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance party leader Raila Odinga has commended the Directorate of Immigration Services for streamlining its passport renewal services.
In a tweet on Thursday, Raila noted that he was accorded fast and convenient services at the Immigration Department when he went to Nyayo House to renew his expired passport.
"My passport expired and today I went down to the immigration department to renew it. I'd like to thank the agency's friendly and helpful staff for the reception and timely service," read the tweet accompanied by pictures of the former premier walking around the department's headquarters.
Raila was received by Immigration and Citizen Services Principal Secretary (PS) Julius Bitok who gave him a brief tour of the facility before the Azimio frontman renewed his passport.
