Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has dared the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition to resume their demos immediately instead of issuing threats.

Speaking in Nyandarua on Thursday, Nyoro urged the opposition not to wait any longer.

“Azimio called for a meeting today and started saying that they won’t have the talks but they would rather go back to the streets,” Nyoro said.

“I want to tell them that if they want to demonstrate, they should not even wait for next month or next week, they should start today and do that in their homes.”

He urged President William Ruto not to be intimidated but to leave the demonstrators to him and other young leaders.

“But I also want to tell them that they should find another person to scare not William Ruto," Nyoro said.

“And I also want to tell our President to keep away from Azimio's threats of demonstrations and disturbances. He should leave those to us young people to deal with them."

He added that Azimio protesters will not worry Kenyans again since they will be under their watch.

“They should stop playing with the businesses of Kenyans and desist from destroying other people’s properties again because we are here now,” Nyoro said.

This comes after Azimio leaders said that they will go back to demos if bipartisan talks will not address their demands.
