A mysterious logo which appeared on the side of football stadiums up and down the land has left fans baffled.
The logo has appeared on the O2 Arena in London, as well as Southampton St Mary’s Stadium, Swansea’s Swansea.com Stadium and Premier League side Nottingham Forest’s home stadium, the City Ground.After the logo appeared, fans were left baffled.
One said: “Go on. Someone tell me what this is. Please.”
Another tweeted: “Haven’t a clue?? Would like to know.”
A third fan added: “What is that TT logo?? Strange to see it next to our badge.”
As it turned out, the logo belongs to the popular British band, Take That.
One fan said: “Take that.”
Another commented: “Take that that must be doing a tour and doing some shows at St Mary's, that's all.”Take That singer Gary Barlow has hinted 2024 shows after sharing the band’s logo on social media.
Barlow is also a Liverpool, back in 2018, he spoke about the prospect of playing at Anfield.
He said: “As always with these tours we’re relying on the availability of the venues which was why we couldn’t get the ECHO Arena.
“We were disappointed we weren’t putting on shows in Liverpool, but then when this announcement came that they (Liverpool FC) had been passed for concerts, it just felt perfect. Perfect timing. And we’ll have won the league by then!”
Talking about the first time he visited Anfield, Barlow said: “I first went to Anfield for Emlyn Hughes’ testimonial in March 1979, so 40 years later on from that we will be playing a show there. It’s going to be amazing.”
