Kyllian Mbappe has broken his silence after it emerged Paris Saint-Germain had accepted a €300million (£259million) bid from Al Hilal for the France international.
PSG have granted permission for Mbappe to speak to Al Hilal after the Saudi club's world record bid.
The Ligue 1 champions put the France international up for sale and left him out of their squad for a pre-season tour of Japan and South Korea, with the intention of selling the player this summer.
According to Sky Sports News Al Hilal's record breaking offer is not the only one PSG have received, with other approaches, including cash plus players, having also been received.
There are reportedly at least five clubs interested in signing the 24-year-old, with Tottenham among them. Other interested parties allegedly include Chelsea, Manchester United, Inter Milan and Barcelona.
Mbappe breaks his silence
Mbappe indirectly referenced the world record bid for the first time on Monday evening, while tweeting a response to Milwaukee Bucks basketball player Giannis Antetokounmpo.
The two time MVP satirically tweeted a picture of himself, which he captioned: "Al Hilal you can take me. I look like Kylian Mbappe."
In response Mbappe tweeted 13 cry-laugh emojis, which is perhaps not a good sign with regards to Al Hilal's chances.PSG will reportedly listen to any offer and all proposals to sell Mbappe. The attacker has one year remaining on his contract and is unwilling to commit his future in Paris, with PSG believing he has already agreed to join Real Madrid for free next summer.
However, Los Blancos may now be tempted to make a formal bid for the player to ensure they don't miss out on him.
PSG signed Mbappe from Monaco for around £150million and are determined not to lose the player for nothing.
Interested clubs have also allegedly been alerted to the fact that PSG are willing to loan Mbappe out for the season. Meanwhile, the Frenchman is said to be willing to dig his heels in, sit on the sidelines next term and leave for Madrid on a free transfer next summer.
The 24-year-old will not play for PSG again if he does not extend his contract.
