Bandari FC head coach Antony 'Modo' Kimani has rallied his troops to prepare psychologically for a tough match against Kariobangi Sharks in the FKF-PL match to be played in Nairobi on Wednesday.
According to the former AFC Leopards interim coach, his team will need to work hard and go all the way to get good results. His call comes after losing 0-2 to Leopards at Mbaraki Sports Club on Sunday.
"We are playing Kariobangi Sharks on Wednesday in Nairobi and so that means we are travelling tonight (Sunday) heading there for another tough match.
“But we know very well that we are not going to keep losing matches as we have and so we go there with the mentality that we must work hard and get at least a draw if things will be tough,” said Kimani.
The former Mathare United player also points out concentration as a factor to consider against their opponents.
"I think we lost concentration with only five minutes to play, we have failed to fill the gaps finding ourselves in positions that we are supposed to and that have definitely given our opponent chance.
“When you fail to focus against a top team like this (AFC Leopards), then they will punish you,” Kimani added.
Bandari are placed 13th on the log with 11 points - 10 behind the defending champions and league leaders Tusker FC.
