Jamie Carragher showcased his incredible football knowledge when he came up against former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard in a game of 'guess the footballer by their career path'.
Carragher, who made 737 appearances a glittering 17-year career for Liverpool, has established himself as one of England's most recognised pundits alongside Gary Neville.
The duo, well renowned for their expert analysis and bantering between one another, took part in the guessing game back in August.
Carragher got the better of his colleague that day, with fans left impressed by the 45-year-old's elite knowledge.And the former England international has once again got supporters' approval after playing the game alongside Lampard.
Carragher stamped his mark on the game after just two seconds, when he identified John O'Shea's career path which featured spells at Manchester United, Sunderland and Reading.
The ex-Reds' defender was then left disappointed when he failed to beat Lampard to Leighton Baines, exclaiming: "Oh gosh, should have got that."
However, he soon made amends, guessing Charlie Adam, Wes Morgan, David Seamen, Mark Bosnich, Sol Campbell and Clint Dempsey's career paths, winning the game 7-2.Carragher posted the video on Twitter, accompanied by the caption: "Frank Lampard getting the same treatment as Neville!"
Replying to the post, fans praised Carragher's football knowledge, with one fan writing: "You've found your true talent."
"Nah Carra does know his football," another chimed in.
"Your knowledge is a joke yeno," a third added.
"You're too good for this," a fourth remarked.
While a fifth exclaimed: "I challenge anyone in the world to try and take on Carragher in these challenges. He just goes on full beast mode every single time."
