Inter Miami have announced construction has started on the Miami Freedom Park project, which will include a new state-of-the-art stadium where Lionel Messi and company will play.

Inter confirmed that work has began on a monumental 131-acre development featuring a 25,000 stadium, 58-acre public park and "entertainment district".
The privately funding project will be have sports facilities for the local community, as well as a hotel, shops, restaurants.
Real estate investment veteran Devon McCorkle has been brought onboard to lead the project, with firms like Arquitectonica, Manica, and CAA Icon all involved in the architecture, design and management of the stadium.Crew and equipment is now on site at the location of the former Melreese Country Club and it's hoped that all work will be concluded by 2025.
