Google Brings AirDrop Compatibility to More Android Devices

Transferring files between iPhones and Android phones is about to get a major upgrade. Google is expanding AirDrop support beyond its Pixel 10 line, allowing more Android devices to communicate seamlessly with Apple’s AirDrop feature. Eric Kay, Google’s Vice President of Engineering for Android, revealed that “a lot more” devices will gain Quick Share access to AirDrop in the coming months, signaling a broader push toward cross-platform interoperability.
