Room Reservations

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Support the reservation sales team and operations team to ensure KPI are met. 
• Maintain accuracy of arrivals including billing, VIP status and other guest preferences 
• Assist Reservations department with the day-to-day administration, including procurement, human resources coordination;
• Perform administrative duties 
• Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by Director of Reservations

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reservations sales.
• Strong working knowledge of CRS, PMS, RESAWeb or distribution systems
