The individual selected for this role will play a crucial role in managing the human resource functions of the commission.
The NCIC is also seeking a Finance & Account Officer to handle financial matters. The salary for this position ranges from Ksh. 56,775 to Ksh. 80,000. The Finance & Account Officer will be responsible for financial management, budgeting, and accounting tasks within the commission. In addition to the basic salary, the officer will receive a house allowance of Ksh. 28,000, a commuter allowance of Ksh. 10,000, and an airtime allowance of Ksh. 1,500.
Furthermore, the NCIC has two openings for Program Officers. The salary for this role is also within the range of Ksh. 56,775 to Ksh. 80,000. The Program Officers will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various programs aimed at promoting national cohesion and integration. They will work closely with stakeholders, develop program strategies, and monitor their implementation. Similar to the Finance & Account Officer, the Program Officers will receive a house allowance of Ksh. 28,000, a commuter allowance of Ksh. 10,000, and an airtime allowance of Ksh. 1,500.
