Position Summary:
- Greet and accompany guests to their rooms, providing assistance with opening doors and ensuring a smooth entry and exit from the property.
- Inform guests about property amenities, services, operating hours, as well as local attractions and activities.
- Familiarize guests with room features, such as the use of room keys, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, and valet laundry services.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell area.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
- Provide guests with directions and assist with arranging transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service).
- Record advance transportation requests as necessary.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests.
- Support Concierge and Front Office staff with guest requests and services when needed.
