Q Spot Lounge and Grill restaurant is known for its casual atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service. Q Spot is looking to hire a team of talented and experienced individuals to join their team.
Positions
Q Spot Restaurant is currently hiring for the following positions:
- Waiters/waitresses
- Cleaners
- Stewards
- Chef
- DJ
- Guards
- Bartenders
- Supervisor
- Photographer
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of each position will vary, but will generally include the following:
- Waiters/waitresses will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant dining experience.
- Cleaners will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and bar.
- Stewards will be responsible for setting up and breaking down tables, as well as cleaning dishes and utensils.
- The chef will be responsible for preparing all of the food for the restaurant.
- The DJ will be responsible for providing music and entertainment for the guests.
- The guards will be responsible for security and safety at the restaurant.
- The bartenders will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks.
- The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- The photographer will be responsible for taking photos of customers and events at the restaurant.
Qualifications
The qualifications for each position will vary, but will generally include the following:
- Waiters/waitresses must be friendly and outgoing, and have excellent customer service skills.
- Cleaners must be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
- Stewards must be able to work quickly and efficiently, and have a good understanding of food safety procedures.
- The chef must have a passion for food, and be able to cook a variety of dishes.
- The DJ must have a good understanding of music, and be able to mix and play a variety of genres.
- The guards must be physically fit, and have a good understanding of security procedures.
- The bartenders must be able to mix and serve a variety of drinks, and have a good understanding of alcohol service laws.
- The supervisor must have excellent management skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team.
- The photographer must have a good understanding of photography, and be able to take high-quality photos.
