Yetu DT Sacco Society Limited is a tier 1 deposit-taking Sacco with over 32 years licensed under the
Societies Act and regulated by SASRA (Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority of Kenya). Over time, the
Sacco has grown its asset base to over Kes.6.59B with a membership of over 90,000 members drawn from Agribusinesses, Organized Groups, MSMEs, Individual Businesses, Employees both in Public and Private sector. It has also established itself as a leading institution playing a central and supportive role in the social and economic development of our country through the provision of the competitively priced
financial products. The Sacco is seeking to recruit a suitable self-driven, result oriented and a highly
qualified individual for the following position:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL: 50%
CUSTOMER FOCUS: 30%
OPERATIONAL: 20%
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
a) University Degree preferably in a Business-related field.
b) Atleast 3 years working experience as a Credit Officer handling MSME clients in financial institutions(Sacco/Microfinance/Bank)
c) Solid analytical skills and experience in credit appraisal, handling, and resolving customer requests
and queries.
d) Good understanding of prudential guidelines and KYC.
e) Strong communication and team-building skills with ability to work with diverse teams.
f) Resilient, confident and self-motivated.
