The National Council for Children’s Services (NCCS) is established under section 41 of the Children Act, 2022 mandated to regulate, coordinate and oversight children’s services in Kenya and advise the Government on all matters thereof.
The Council seeks to recruit qualified and competent staff to fill the following vacant positions
As a Driver III, you will be responsible for providing reliable and safe transportation services for NCCS staff and visitors. Your role will include vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations, and assisting with minor vehicle repairs. This position requires a high level of responsibility and attention to detail to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
The Office Administrator II will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our office operations. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and provide support to our staff. Your organizational skills and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining an efficient work environment. This position offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our administrative functions and contribute to our mission.
As the Senior Corporate Communication Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance NCCS’s visibility and reputation. Your role will involve managing media relations, producing communication materials, and overseeing social media channels. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively convey our message to various stakeholders.
The Principal, Internal Auditor will lead our internal audit function, ensuring the integrity and compliance of our financial and operational processes. You will conduct audits, provide recommendations for improvement, and ensure that NCCS adheres to all regulatory requirements. This position is critical in safeguarding our resources and enhancing our operational efficiency.
As the Deputy Director, Supply Chain Management, you will oversee the procurement and logistics functions of NCCS. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier relationships, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services, and maintaining procurement standards. This position is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to fulfill our mission.
The Deputy Director, Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of NCCS. You will manage budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. Your role will involve providing strategic financial advice to support decision-making and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
