PATH Kenya is currently recruiting for several key positions aimed at strengthening their mission to improve public health and well-being through innovative solutions and partnerships. The available roles are:
- Global Program Leader, Medical Devices and Health Technologies: This high-level leadership position involves overseeing PATH’s global efforts in developing and implementing medical devices and health technologies. The Global Program Leader will drive strategic planning, manage diverse teams, and collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of health technologies that address critical public health needs. Candidates should have extensive experience in medical devices, a strong background in public health, and exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Technical Officer – REACH Malaria: This role focuses on supporting the implementation of the REACH Malaria program, aimed at reducing malaria transmission and mortality. The Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, coordinating field activities, monitoring program progress, and ensuring alignment with national malaria control strategies. Ideal candidates will have experience in malaria control programs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in field settings.
- Technical Advisor – Gender: The Technical Advisor will lead gender integration efforts across PATH’s programs, ensuring that gender considerations are effectively addressed in program design, implementation, and evaluation. This role requires a deep understanding of gender issues in public health, experience in gender mainstreaming, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and training to program teams. The Technical Advisor will work closely with stakeholders to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment.
- Technical Advisor – Partnerships, Advocacy, and Systems Strengthening: This position involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen health systems through partnerships and advocacy efforts. The Technical Advisor will work with government agencies, donors, and other stakeholders to enhance health system resilience and sustainability. Key responsibilities include policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. Candidates should have a strong background in health systems strengthening, experience in advocacy and partnership building, and excellent communication skills.
- Grants Specialist – USAID Kenya Digital Health Ecosystem Activity: The Grants Specialist will manage the grants component of the USAID Kenya Digital Health Ecosystem Activity, ensuring effective grant administration, compliance with donor requirements, and financial oversight. This role involves coordinating with grantees, providing technical support, and monitoring grant performance. Ideal candidates will have experience in grant management, knowledge of USAID regulations, and strong financial and analytical skills.
