Job Description:

The KIPPRA Young Professionals (YP) Programme is a capacity-building initiative targeting young professionals who are self-sponsored and passionate about public policy. This programme aims to nurture the next generation of policy makers and researchers by equipping them with hands-on experience in policy analysis, research methodology, and knowledge dissemination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in in-house training and mentorship sessions conducted by senior KIPPRA staff and industry professionals
- Contribute to the development of research papers, policy briefs, and sector-specific policy analyses
- Attend internal and external stakeholder forums, including technical working groups and inter-agency meetings
- Engage in research fieldwork, data collection, and report preparation as part of assigned projects
- Take part in team projects aligned with national development priorities and sectoral research themes
