Responsible for collection of Digital loans from overdue accounts. The role holder engages customers whose loans are past their repayment due date for payment plans and recover the amount owed to the bank. It also involves monitoring assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, coming up with a plan of action leading to a timely recovery.
