The ESL Future Leadership Program was started in 2015 to offer eligible candidates an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in what we do and the industry at large. The program is currently in its 12th Cohort.

We seek to give opportunities to candidates who ideally hold professional and academic qualifications in the below fields to join our next intake:

• Operations intern – OPS/001/2023
• Sales Intern – S/002/2023
• Graphic Design Intern – GD/003/2023
• Accounts Intern – A/004/2023
• Human Resource Intern – HR/005/2023
• HSSE Intern – HSSE/006/2023
• Investment Analyst / Economics Intern – IA/ECO/007/2023

Eligibility:

• Holder of professional and academic qualifications in the noted fields above
• Must demonstrate excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
• Recent graduate

Personal Attributes

• Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be goal oriented, passionate, and proactive
• Readiness to learn
• Should possess strong analytical skills
• Must be computer literate.

NB: The program will be based in Mombasa.
