| -Job Purpose: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – The job holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Judiciary protocol processes, procedures, standards and guidelines | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – Reporting Responsibilities | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – The job holder is responsible to the Senior Protocol Officer. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – Area of Deployment: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – Kenya Judiciary Academy Secretariat, (KJA) | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – i.Bachelor’s degree in any of the following social sciences disciplines: Public Relations, Communication, Diplomacy, International Relations, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – ii.Proficiency in computer application skills | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – iii.Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Duties and Responsibilities | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| -i.Ushering official delegations; | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – ii.Assisting in organizing hospitality and logistics for official delegations; | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – iii.Keeping and updating information on official delegations; | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – iv.Scheduling and maintaining calendar of VIP ceremonies, Conferences and special events; | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – v.Assisting in organizing official events | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – vi.Processing of passports and other travel documents; | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – vii.Assisting in organizing sitting arrangements in events | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
