The Role
St Andrew’s Prep School is seeking to appoint a Day Matron who will assist the House Parents in ensuring the welfare of the pupils within the Boarding House, while acting as a role model to pupils within the School.
Reporting to the House Parent in the respective Boarding House, the Day Matron will be expected to take care of pupils, with particular responsibility for their health and well being of the pupils and the smooth running of the domestic side of school life.

Hours of work and holiday entitlement
The role is full-time and includes working in the Monday to Friday and at weekends as required. The successful applicant will be expected to take a full and active part in the boarding life of the school. S/He will also be expected to work during some of the holidays.
