1. Information and communication technology (ICT)

1. Capability to mobilize adequate financing for the STP.
2. Provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide the above services.
3. Provide evidence of projects related to the above services completed in the last 5 years.
4. Certified copies of audited annual reports for the last five years, articles and memorandum of association and certificate of incorporation will be required.
5. Evidence of experience in STP project implementation with at least one project for a similar institution less than two projects implementation in the last 5 years.
6. 1. A list and CV’s of the consultants/contractors they propose to employ for the development including names of their lead project managers within their organizations, contractors and consultants.
   2. A list of names, location, current STP (s) status and size of Science and Technology Parks projects undertaken by themselves or their proposed consultants and contractors in the last 5 years including indicative project costs.
   3. Declaration of all pending litigation(s) against the investor(s)/consortia which shall in total not represent more than 10%, (ten percent) of the investor(s)/consortia’s net worth.
   4. Provide copies of statutory documents (PIN Certificate, Tax compliance certificate and any other relevant documents.

Submission Requirements:

This Expression of interest will result in short listing of interested investors who will be invited to submit proposals. It is expected that the short listing will be completed by end of August, 2023 followed by request for detailed proposal. The Selection of preferred investors will be completed by end of September, 2023.

One (1) Original and Two (2) copies of the EOI and accompanying documents duly completed must be placed in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the EOI number and description without identifying the sender and must be addressed to:

And be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the entrance to the Resource Center II so as to be received on or before Friday 25th August, 2023 at 10.00 hrs (East African Time). Tender documents shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Resource centre II Dome.
