Byron is a passionate and goal-driven person, optimistic and ambitious about the life tomorrow. He is a Kenyan, degree holder, married, Christian, a father, and pursuant of education, success and things that add value personally and professionally. Additionally, I have good communication, interpersonal and management/supervision skills that are vital to any work context.
As a customer service professional with a degree in Agriculture and Land Resource Management from Kenyatta University, I have amassed four plus years’ experience as an agronomist, field researcher, analyst, evaluator, conservationist, educationist, leader and a problem solver from learning and working at Kenyatta University, Kenya Agricultural Research Institution (K.A.R.I), Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service, (K.E.P.H.I.S), African Population Health and Research Center, Kenya Sugar Directorate, agri-extension officer, high school teacher and academic research writer.
I have also worked as a mason in building and construction sites. Partnering with these institutions as a learner, intern and employee has enabled me to develop specific customer service experience and add valuable transferable skills necessary for this industry.
I possess mastery of good customer relation; which would come in handy in achieving your organization’s goals and objectives. Am looking for an agriculture production system analyst, agronomist, or agricultural and extension officer position to improve operations, increase profitability and enhance growth.
