About Me
My name is Joy N. Gichuki a Customer Relations and Public Relations Profession.
I have 7 years of well-rounded customer relations. Over the years, I have had the privilege to ensure proper customer experience for large corporations mainly in the financial sector. Recently my responsibility is to serve both internal (agents) and external customers at the Madison Life Assurance Thika Branch. My focus is to usher in new agents into the system, report new businesses through the turn quest database and offer human resource functions through to agency services department.
I have a bachelor’s in International Business Management from the African Nazarene University. A higher diploma from the Kenya Institute of Management in Public Relations Management.
I believe in creativity at the workplace as a key aspect of success, a concept I live out through my interest in traveling and reading more. In all my past positions, I have consistently increased customer interaction by giving prompt responses to queries and complaints. These has increased my profitability and ability of my employer informing them of current customer needs and demands.
I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their lives and backgrounds. I easily find common interests with strangers and tend to make most people feel comfortable. I find this skill especially advantageous to kick off problem solving with a client or agent.
