I am a resourceful and detail-oriented Executive by profession with over 10 years of experience, I have been key in managing administrative functions. Over the years, I have gained proficiency in executive support, office administration, procurement customer service, leadership and supervision. Highlights of my working experience include; managing travel itineraries, booking office appointments, managing correspondences, organizing documentation for staff, managing complex schedules for the CEO, expediting procurement office supplies and requisitions via ERP system, facilitating communication between executives and other departments, managing and preparing office budgets and serving as the liaison to the Board of Directors. Moreover, I am a diligent worker, a team player and a fluent communicator with the ability to fit into a multi-cultural environment.
