    1. Morning Planning & Preparation
    >Review of Daily Sales Targets: Begin the day by reviewing daily sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    >Route Planning: Plan the most efficient route to visit retail outlets, ensuring maximum coverage.
    > Check Inventory & Product Samples: Ensure that product samples, promotional materials, and inventory levels are ready for the day's activities
    >Brief meetings or check-ins with the team to align on daily goals and any urgent tasks.

    2. Field Visits
    >Store Visits: Visit retail stores, supermarkets, and other points of sale as per the planned route.
    >Stock Management: Check product availability, shelf placement, and stock levels. Ensure that products are well-displayed and not close to expiration.
    >Merchandising: Ensuring the products are arranged on shelves,correct labeling, and set up promotional displays.
    >Order Taking & Sales : Discuss with store managers or buyers and take orders for replenishing stock and sale the product to meet daily target.
    >Relationship Building: Engage with store managers and staff to build and maintain strong relationships, which is crucial for securing better shelf space and gaining insights into market needs.

    3. Reporting & Documentation
    >Sales Reporting: Update the day’s sales activities, orders taken, and any issues faced using a sales tracking system or reporting software.
    >Competitor Analysis: Document observations about competitor products, pricing, promotions, and strategies in the stores.
    >Customer Feedback: Record customer feedback shared by the team.

    4. Follow-Up & Coordination
    >Order Confirmation: Ensure that orders are processed and confirm delivery schedules with the logistics team.
    >Payment : Follow up on payments from retailers if applicable, ensuring timely collection and resolving any billing issues.
    >Coordinate with Distributors: Work closely with distributors to ensure product availability and timely delivery to retail outlets.

    >Daily Summary: Summarize the day's sales, activities, achievements, and any challenges faced fro the team.
