1. Morning Planning & Preparation
>Review of Daily Sales Targets: Begin the day by reviewing daily sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
>Route Planning: Plan the most efficient route to visit retail outlets, ensuring maximum coverage.
> Check Inventory & Product Samples: Ensure that product samples, promotional materials, and inventory levels are ready for the day's activities
>Brief meetings or check-ins with the team to align on daily goals and any urgent tasks.
2. Field Visits
>Store Visits: Visit retail stores, supermarkets, and other points of sale as per the planned route.
>Stock Management: Check product availability, shelf placement, and stock levels. Ensure that products are well-displayed and not close to expiration.
>Merchandising: Ensuring the products are arranged on shelves,correct labeling, and set up promotional displays.
>Order Taking & Sales : Discuss with store managers or buyers and take orders for replenishing stock and sale the product to meet daily target.

4. Follow-Up & Coordination
