The Facility Management market in Africa is estimated to continue to grow at a CAGR of 11.2% and with Africa set to be the most urbanised continent in the world by 2030, it may be more. There is therefore the need to create systems and structures to support the expanding need for FM and growth in the African market. The Africa FM organisation is set to ensure Africa FMs benefit from this projected growth by putting in place proper structures to support member organisations, companies and individuals practising FM in Africa.
