????VMware and Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect and VMware certified Professional

Minimum 7 years in #SystemsAdministration role

5+ years' experience of #managing #SystemsProjects

????Proven experience in #designing, #implementing, and managing on prem based solutions.

In-depth knowledge of on prem services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and identity management.

Strong understanding of on prem computing concepts, architectures, and deployment models.

Experience with #PowerShell, or other automation tools for managing on prem infrastructure.

Excellent #problemSolving skills and attention to detail.

Design, implement and operate virtualization infrastructure

Monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and events to identify potential issues and security threats

Coordinate incident response activities with internal and external teams and ensure timely resolution of all incidents

Provide administration and support, ensure standard practices, install/configure/customize applications like IIS and other Microsoft and Vmware technologies

Evaluate weaknesses in system related design and recommend changes based on international best practices

Ensure the availability and constant update of Systems and underlying services inventory

Assist in developing, implementing, testing and maintaining relevant disaster recovery plans

Collect and review system related reports for capacity and planning purposes.
