Prime Bullions Properties is rapidly expanding and is on the lookout for a dynamic and performance-driven Real Estate Recruiter to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to identify, attract, and hire top-performing talent within the real estate sector. The company is seeking a recruiter who is proactive, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong sales team.
Your Role:
• Source and recruit experienced Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents
• Conduct daily interviews, shortlisting, and candidate evaluations
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates to ensure smooth integration
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly hiring targets
• Focus on bringing in high-quality candidates who can deliver results, not just filling positions
Who We Want:
• Proven experience in real estate recruitment or sales hiring within Dubai
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and LinkedIn sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets
