Proofbind is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join its team in Dubai. The role involves providing on-site and remote technical support across different client environments, making it suitable for an IT professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience with Microsoft and networking technologies.
The successful candidate will support users, maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with network and security systems. Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and be available to provide in-person support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site and remote IT support across client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and user environments.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and network connectivity.
• Respond to technical support requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of professional IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• UAE-based candidates only.
• Must be available for in-person work.
• Hands-on experience with network security and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID
• Fortinet and Sophos Firewalls
• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
• VLANs, Routing, VPNs, and general networking fundamentals
