Sidco Foods is looking for a proactive and skilled IT Administrator to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals who are passionate about technology, system administration, cybersecurity, and ensuring reliable IT operations across the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting end users, managing servers and networks, and ensuring the security and availability of business systems. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user accounts.
• Monitor cybersecurity, antivirus protection, backups, and system performance.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, and user access controls.
• Coordinate with external vendors and IT service providers for support and maintenance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with networking, firewalls, backup solutions, and IT security.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Microsoft 365 administration and user management.
• Network infrastructure, cybersecurity, firewalls, backups, and antivirus solutions.
