Job Description
A leading Construction Company in Dubai is looking for an experienced and organized Document Controller to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and filing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and maintain project documents efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project documentation
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents
- Ensure proper document filing, tracking, and archiving
- Coordinate with project teams and departments regarding documentation requirements
- Prepare reports and maintain document logs
