Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Agriculture, Community Development, or related fields.
•     Have experience in youth training, enterprise development, coaching, or community mobilization.
•     Demonstrate strong facilitation, communication, and mentorship skills.
•     Be familiar with local economic development, value chains, and youth empowerment programs.
•     Show professionalism, integrity, and commitment to NGO values.
•     Understand the socio‑economic context of the county they are applying for.
