Hiring Call Center Executive – Abu Dhabi

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join a growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, comfortable handling customer interactions, and capable of delivering professional service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide clear, accurate information while efficiently resolving customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using internal systems
• Use active listening skills to fully understand customer issues and provide effective solutions

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is mandatory
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required
• Strong computer skills, including fast and accurate typing and data entry
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a patient and customer-oriented approach
