Description:


Our client, a well-established luxury furniture manufacturer and supplier based in Dubai, is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to support their sales operations and ensure efficient day-to-day coordination. This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-focused professional with proven experience in sales support, particularly within the furniture, interiors, or FF&E sector.

Role Overview


The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing documentation, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring accuracy across sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide full sales administration support including order processing, quotations, invoicing, and documentation
• Coordinate closely with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules
• Maintain and update CRM systems, sales records, and generate reports as required
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, address order-related concerns, and resolve issues efficiently
• Support showroom operations, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities
• Assist with contract documentation, pricing accuracy, and payment follow-ups

Requirements:


• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a similar discipline
• Prior experience in sales administration or sales support roles
• Background in the furniture industry or FF&E is a strong advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), CRM, ERP, and POS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Salary: 7000 - 8000 AED
