A well-established organization in the UAE is currently hiring an Operations Coordinator with an engineering background for an immediate start. This role is ideal for professionals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple operational activities within engineering-driven projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination between engineering teams, sites, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Coordinate and oversee daily operational tasks across ongoing projects
▪ Provide administrative and logistical support to engineering and site teams
▪ Assist with project scheduling, timelines, and follow-ups
▪ Maintain and track project documentation, approvals, and progress reports
▪ Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as required
▪ Support smooth workflow execution and help resolve operational issues on time

Requirements:
