Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a skilled Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across its real estate portfolio. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing campaigns, coordinating with agencies, and optimizing digital performance to drive leads and conversions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing always-on digital campaigns across multiple real estate projects
• Acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact with media, creative, and translation agencies
• Supporting performance tracking, reporting, and analytics through tools like Google Analytics and Power BI
• Collaborating closely with CRM and Sales teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates
• Exploring new platforms, markets, and media opportunities including Digital, OOH, and DOOH
• Driving continuous brand presence through always-on boosting campaigns

Ideal candidates should possess:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of media planning, paid advertising platforms, analytics, and campaign optimization
• Proven ability to manage multiple agencies, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
