We are seeking a skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join a professional Project Control Team based in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates who are currently in the UAE and available for immediate local transfer, as this is a mandatory requirement for the position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing planning, scheduling, and cost control activities across projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. A strong ability to integrate planning and cost control functions is essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Developing and maintaining baseline project schedules
• Planning, scheduling, and cost control with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
• Professional-level expertise in Primavera P6
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
• Preparing progress reports, PMS updates, and monitoring project KPIs
• Developing cash flow forecasts and detailed cost reports
• Conducting Extension of Time (EOT) analysis and applying delay assessment methodologies
• Ensuring clear communication, accurate reporting, and coordination with project stakeholders

Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and reporting skills, along with a strong understanding of project controls best practices. Experience working within structured project environments and delivering accurate planning outputs is highly valued.
