We are currently hiring an experienced General Accountant with a strong background in the healthcare sector to join a growing organization based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. This full-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who has in-depth knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and hands-on experience managing healthcare-related financial operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling VAT and Federal Tax Authority requirements in the UAE, including accurate filing, compliance, and reporting. A solid understanding of healthcare accounting practices is essential, as this experience is mandatory for the role.

Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing accounting reports such as Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, bookkeeping records, financial statements, and managing cash flow activities. The role also involves knowledge of UAE corporate tax regulations, payroll processing through WPS, and supporting financial audits when required.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally, and capable of managing budget planning, cost control measures, and financial forecasting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are critical for success in this position.

In addition, the role requires excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth financial operations across the organization.
