We are currently hiring a Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out for a full-time role based in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong experience in the UAE interior fit-out sector, looking to work on high-value residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects across the country.

The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building long-term relationships within the construction and design ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate, qualify, and convert interior fit-out leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, designers, contractors, and developers
• Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and deliver professional presentations
• Coordinate proposals, pricing structures, and tender submissions
• Close sales deals while ensuring profitability and protecting project margins

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry
• Strong network within construction, design, and development sectors
• Experience handling project-based sales
• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
