Hiring Head of Early Years

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Early Years to join the founding leadership team of a new premium British curriculum school opening in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to shape the Early Years provision and contribute to the development of a high-quality educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Early Years provision in accordance with EYFS standards
• Build a strong, nurturing, and inclusive learning culture
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Early Years educators
• Ensure high-quality teaching, assessment, and learning outcomes
• Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers
• Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations and safeguarding requirements
• Contribute to whole-school leadership and pre-opening planning

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership experience within EYFS in the UK or UAE
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices
• Experience in school start-ups or premium settings preferred
• Inspirational leader with excellent communication skills
• Genuine passion for early childhood education
