We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Admin Officer who can independently manage complete office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end office management and daily admin operations
• Attendance, leave, and employee record management
• Strong document control (employee files, contracts, letters, records)
• Creating and managing data using Google Forms
• Reporting, tracking, and analysis using Advanced Excel
• Handling MOHRE-related tasks
• Visa renewal, cancellation, and coordination with PRO
• Trade license / Tejar renewal follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience is mandatory
• Expert level in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong command on Excel reports, trackers, and data management
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
