Management Duties
- Represent the company in governmental entities, companies, customs clearance agencies and other business bodies.
- Managing office staff and supervising their timely attendance, giving them works & duties, and following up on those work that need to be done on a proper and timely basis.
- Supervising the company’s financial affairs, M-pesa account, daily expenses, timely payments of rents, bills, etc., and renewing the company’s licenses, office contract, and any other documents.
- Supervise all sales, shipping and delivery of products sold, and resolve any problem and issue arising in this regard.
- Preparing a monthly sales report, providing suggestions and solutions to overcome challenges, achieve the desired results and targeted sales, and presenting them to the leadership.
- Managing customs clearance of new arrived products, Inventory of them and reporting to the leadership of the supply of products when inventory is low.
- Any tasks assigned to him by the company’s leadership.
Marketing Duties
- Develop marketing strategies, policies and plans on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, and supervising implementation of them.
- Developing the business by finding new clients, meeting with them, and signing contract with them.
- Supervising the customer service & customer relations, managing public relations and problem solution.
- Leading and managing the sales team, give them directions, following up their works and achievements.
- Managing the social media and digital marketing team, gives them tasks, provide them guidance and supervise their duties and activities.
- Any tasks assigned to him by the company’s leadership.
Requirements
Education
- At least bachelor's degree in management, business administration, finance and similar fields.
- Master's degree is plus point.
Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in business management, including 5 years in cosmetics management.
