Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Hilltop Integrated Printing Press. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our printing services. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating a strong pipeline of potential clients for our printing solutions. Client Relationships: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements, provide expert advice on printing options, and tailor solutions to meet their needs and budget. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our full range of printing services, from offset to digital printing, ensuring accurate representation to clients. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives by consistently closing new business deals and expanding current client accounts. Lead Generation: Network and actively seek new clients, utilizing various platforms (online, events, cold calling, referrals). Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring profitability for the company. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to effectively position our services. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a commercial printing environment. Strong understanding of printing processes, including offset printing, digital printing, and finishing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
