Front Desk & Admin Assistant

We are hiring a Front Desk & Admin Assistant with strong hospitality skills and good computer knowledge to manage front office operations and support daily admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests professionally
Serve refreshments & maintain pantry readiness
Handle calls, emails, and visitor logs
Keep the reception area neat and presentable
Perform basic admin tasks, data entry & documentation
Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services
Support internal teams with daily admin needs
Qualifications:
Strong hospitality and customer service mindset
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to manage emails, reports & data entry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and professional
Experience in front desk/admin/hospitality is an advantage
