Head of Warehouse Operations

We are looking for an experienced Head of Warehouse Operations to manage warehouse activities, inventory control, documentation, and reporting while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and monitor all cash payments and related records

Maintain payment documentation (VAT & audit support) and report to Head Office

Manage goods & visitor gate pass administration

Handle invoice extraction and records through the company portal

Process drivers' reimbursements weekly

In-charge of inventory control and stock monitoring

Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff

Prepare and submit regular operational reports to Head Office

Requirements:

Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, and administration

Strong knowledge of documentation, invoicing, and cash handling

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Good communication and reporting skills

Advanced working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools

UAE warehouse experience is an advantage
