Operations Manager – Holiday Homes (On-the-Ground) | Dubai

We are hiring a hands-on Operations Manager for a growing holiday home company in Dubai.

This is a field-based role, not an office job.

You will:

• Meet guests in person for check-in
• Escort guests to apartments
• Inspect apartments after check-out
• Ensure cleaning is completed on time
• Quality-check apartments before guest arrival
• Communicate with guests throughout the check-in process

Vista Stays DXB is a professional holiday home management company that has expanded from the UK into the UAE.
We manage high-quality short-term rental apartments and focus heavily on guest experience, operational standards, and consistency.

This role is for someone who takes ownership on the ground and wants to grow with the company as we scale in Dubai.

Requirements (Read Carefully)

• Experience with Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rentals in Dubai
• Strong English (must be confident speaking to guests)
• UAE driving licence (daily driving required)
• Able to move between multiple properties per day
• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

Salary

• AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month
• Performance-based bonuses
